Two tools for dealers and brokers who letter many boats: removable number plates for test and demonstration boats, and a batch check for a whole list of numbers.
33 CFR 173.27(b) lets a manufacturer or dealer put the number on removable plates, temporarily but firmly attached to each side of the forward half, while a boat is used for testing or demonstrating. Set the number, face, height and colours; print the plate full size with a 1-inch border and corner hole marks.
Paste up to 100 numbers, one per line, from a trade-in sheet or an inventory export. Each line gets the same federal form check as the single Number check, with the state named and the display form written out. Download the result as CSV.
